Ms. He Hong Zhang

I graduated from the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), and Nanjing University of the Arts. As a professor in the Department of Fine Arts at Beijing Industrial & Commercial College, my extensive academic and professional background has deeply shaped my lifelong commitment to fine arts education and practice.

With over forty years of dedication to artistic creation and teaching, my work focuses on contemporary visual expression rooted in traditional Chinese flower-and-bird painting. Through this exploration, I have developed a unique personal style that seamlessly blends the spirit of Eastern aesthetics with the charm of modern decorative art.

Throughout my career, my artworks have been featured in numerous prestigious exhibitions across China, the United States, Europe, and South Korea, earning many awards and being widely collected by major art museums and international cultural institutions. Currently living and working between China and the United States, my mission is to guide students in uncovering their unique artistic voices and to share the joy of bridging diverse cultures through art.
